LEADING OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

Mokota is a family-run broadacre cropping and sheep enterprise based in Mt Bryan, SA.  We are seeking a Leading Operations Assistant to join our growing family-owned and operated mixed farming enterprise.

Working closely with the property owner, the role will require a comprehensive understanding of broadacre cropping operations and livestock management.

Essential skills and qualifications:

* MC or HC licence (held for a minimum one year)

* The successful applicant will be mechanically minded

* Have experience operating large-scale, modern machinery

* Be reliable, trustworthy and an effective communicator with a can-do attitude

* Willing to work as part of a team

Employment package:

* Above award hourly wage

* Vehicle provided for work use

* 4 bedroom house with 1.5 bathrooms and double garage, located on-farm

* Meat rations from our home-grown lamb

* Off-farm training and development
